What's a private trunk show?

Goldyn not only offers you the convenience of shopping online 24/7, we will even bring our boutique to you, in person. Imagine shopping for the best contemporary designers from around the world in a fun social atmosphere with your best friends, all in the comfort of your own home. You and your friends choose several of your favorite brands that you would like us to bring, and we'll take care of the invitations, food and drinks. Even better? Our service is complimentary.

I'm interested in hosting a trunk show at my house. How does it work?

Great! Our private trunk shows are a complimentary service available to anyone in the Colorado Front Range area. If you are interested in hosting a trunk show and live anywhere else in the US, a private party can still be arranged but will require a longer lead time. Simply call 1.888.6GOLDYN or email us at, and we can sign you up for the next available date.

Once your date has been determined, handling the details of your event is simple. You can email a Goldyn representative your guests' names and emails, and we will send out an invitation. Guests can then RSVP via email, where they can also specify their sizes and most desired designers to see at the trunk show. The winning top 5 designers will be brought to your party in the sizes indicated, along with a few more designers that we think you may like as well based on your other choices.

Hosts also have the option of having their own specialized party. For instance, you can tailor your event to be an "Accessory Only" party, a "Cocktail Dress" party, or a "Jeans and Tees" party. Another option for hosts is a charity benefit party - we'll donate 10% of the proceeds from your party to the charity of your choice. For any special requests, call 1.888.6GOLDYN or email us at

How do your personal styling services work?

In addition to hosting private trunk shows, women in the Colorado Front Range area also have the option of having a complimentary personal stylist come to their home for a consultation and private fittings. We'll work with you to determine a wardrobe that's right for you, based on your personal taste and lifestyle needs. Best of all - there's no need to leave your home! Our complimentary personal styling is the perfect service for today's busy woman.

What's the deal with your pop up stores?

Our pop up stores are limited-time-only boutiques that give a sneak preview of the season's latest clothing and accessories, along with multiple nights of exclusive red carpet events. By moving locations each season, we keep the store fresh, new and exciting. All of our designers are featured at our pop up store, in addition to some select special pieces that are only available for a limited time in-store. Be sure to check out the "Events" section of our website to find out where the next pop up store will be so that you don't miss out on events like fashion shows, musical performances, art showcases, and of course shopping!

So how do I order your clothing and accessories online?

1. Once you've found an item you like, simply click the "Add to Cart" button on the right hand side of the product page.

2. A confirmation box will appear to let you know that the item has been added to your shopping cart. Click the "OK" button and keep shopping. Follow this process for each item you want to add to your Shopping Bag. You can keep track of the running total of everything in your Shopping Cart-just look for the small Shopping Cart icon in the upper right corner.

3. Once you are ready to checkout, there are 3 ways to begin:

4. On the "Shopping Cart" page, make sure to double check your order to ensure the correct items, quantity, and color are listed.

5. If you are a new customer, click the "Continue to Checkout" button. If you are a returning customer, click the "Sign In" button.

6. On the "Billing & Shipping" page, enter your billing and shipping info. Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk. Click the "Continue to Checkout" button.

7. On the "Delivery & Payment" page, choose your shipping option and enter your payment. You must also complete the "Account Information" section. Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk. Click the "Continue to Checkout" button.

8. On the "Order Review" page, double check your shipping and billing information, as well as the order summary. Click the "Purchase Now" button to complete the order. To find out how long it will take to receive your order, please refer to our Shipping and Handling section.

Can I order merchandise via phone or email?

Yes! Goldyn allows you to place an order in which ever way is most convenient for you. Therefore, in addition to online ordering, you may also order by phone or email. Our customer care representatives are ready to assist you and easy to reach. See our contact info and hours of operation below.

Will you gift wrap my package?

Yes, Goldyn does offer gift wrapping. At checkout there is a field for "comments." In this space please write that your purchase is a gift and you would like it wrapped. You may also include a special message for the recipient. The recipient will receive a gift receipt with a Return/Exchange Form. The price of the item or order will not be listed.

How do I place a special order?

If there is an item that you wish to purchase that requires a special order, please contact a customer representative by phone at 1.888.6GOLDYN, or by email at For special orders, you will be required to provide us with a form of payment to secure the order. Your order will go through our normal fulfillment process once the merchandise is received from the vendor at our warehouse.

Because this is an extra service that we extend to you for free, special orders may not be returned or exchanged. It generally takes 2-4 weeks, not guaranteed, to fulfill a special order.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I use discounts for sale merchandise?

Most discount codes can be applied site-wide on any items, both on sale and full price. If a discount code can not apply to sale items, this will be specified. Discounts must be applied during checkout and can never be applied to previous purchases.

Why does it look like my credit card was charged twice on my online statement?

We do not charge you twice. What you see as a "double charge" on your statement is called "pre-authorization"-a common bank practice in handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. When an order is placed, our system automatically authorizes your card for the purchase amount. Pre-authorization shows as a second charge, but it is actually a pending transaction that we do not debit from your account. The authorization amount automatically clears once the purchase debit clears. How long that takes depends on the issuer of your credit card. If you need help expediting the process of clearing the pre-authorization you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

What kinds of measures do you have in place to ensure security?

Our merchant software system is enabled with the most up-to-date security technology in order to detect fraudulent credit cards. To prevent fraud, if you provide information that does not match the information held by your credit card company, your order will be flagged by our system with a security review alert. If this occurs, a customer care representative will email you to verify additional information.

If you do not respond within 5 business days, the order will be canceled. Merchandise in an order that is pending security review is not reserved and can be purchased by other customers. To avoid this situation, please take care in entering your credit card information at checkout.

I purchased an item at full price, and now it's on sale. Can I get a refund for the difference?

If an item you purchased at full price is reduced in price, you can request a price adjustment within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you are returning an item that was purchased at full price, but that has been reduced in price, you will receive the current sale price value.

I want to cancel my order. Will my card be charged?

If you cancel your order after it's been shipped, yes, your card would have been charged and you would need to complete a return. Refer to the Returns and Exchanges section for detailed instructions.

If you cancel your order before it's been shipped, no, your card will not be charged. Please note that a pre-authorization for the purchase amount will appear on your statement until it is removed by the issuing bank of your card.

How can I track the status of my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email that has a tracking link included. Occasionally our shipment notification emails get prevented from coming through due to strict spam blockers.
